Lori Beyea-Powers
Lori assumed ownership in 1994 when founding partners Debbie & Darlene left to pursue other careers. She has over 40 years of experience as a cosmetologist. Her services consist of all things hair as well as waxing and makeup. Corrective Color is a specialty for when the 'do it yourself' color doesn't turn out as planned. She also has a special interest in holistic wellness and enjoys sharing what she learns with her clients. This interest in holistic wellness propelled her to expand the salon offerings to include the Sunlighten Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna. She has also completed training in Traditional Usui Reiki Level I and 2 as well as HeartPath Reiki. In her free time, Lori loves all things water (stand-up paddling is a favorite), time with friends and family, reading and traveling to new places.
Lori is available on Tues 1pm - 8pm, Thurs 11am - 6pm and every-other Saturday from 9am-3pm. She can be reached anytime by calling 315-497-3071.
Nicole Finch
Nikki has been a cosmetologist for over 30 years. She has been a part of Dodge City Clippers for all but 3 of those years. She specializes in coloring. cutting and make up application as well as eyelash extensions and offers a variety of other services as well, such as perming, waxing, and formal styling. She loves making her clients look and feel beautiful. She is especially dedicated to learning what's new in hair fashion trends as well as salon products. Nikki has many outside interests that include spending quality time with family and friends. She also enjoys volunteering her time. She volunteers regularly for the St. Baldrick's Foundation and The Look Good, Feel Better Program.

Hailey Baker
Lori is excited to help launch the beauty career of the next generation by welcoming Hailey Baker to Dodge City Clippers.
Hailey grew up outside of Ithaca NY and moved to Genoa in 2025. She obtained her training at the Continental School of Beauty in Syracuse, NY. Please help us in welcoming Hailey as an independent cosmetologist with Dodge City Clippers salon.

From Hailey:
My passion for hairstyling began at an early age while helping my sisters prepare for cheerleading competitions. I especially enjoyed creating intricate updos and seeing how a beautiful hairstyle could boost their confidence and excitement before a competition. Those experiences sparked a love for hair that ultimately inspired me to pursue a career in the beauty industry.
Today, I am dedicated to helping clients look and feel their very best. Whether creating an elegant updo for a special occasion or designing a style that enhances everyday confidence, I strive to deliver personalized results that reflect each client’s unique personality and lifestyle.
The most rewarding part of my work is seeing clients leave my chair feeling beautiful, confident, and empowered.
In my free time, I like bonfires and playing board games with my family and friends.
